We are in the golden age of wine; we still make wine as they did 200 years ago, but with considerable improvements thanks to technology while we continue to use noble materials, glass, cork, lead, paper, to bottle it and beautify it.
How long will it last? We hope that for a few more generations. We have to make the most of it while we can still enjoy the divine liquid created by man. In a few years it will be increasingly difficult and rare to find the present day quality and prices.
